Finding your ads on the search engines

After you place an ad and video please allow time for indexing. (Minimum 4 hours after ad and video are complete) If the page rank is not where you need it or you cannot find your ad, after doing searches via Google Bar, please adjust "keywords".
(Copy and paste the ads VIDEOS' full title into Google search bar to find ads)
Please note, we provide/produce a custom video for you after videos submission form is complete. You can find a submission form in your admin on right under "You Tube" under "View / Edit Ads" tab above or directly after you post your next ad.
All ads must have a video for same day search engine placement. Please fill out the video submission form immediately after you post ANY ad.

Please read this for good keyword practice.

"Keywords" are the way search engines find relevant connections between your ads and search inquiries made by your potential customers. Here's an example of good keyword selection in an ad:

(Good practice is to place one ad/video per service or item offered)

Example; title: Bobs flooring company LLC. tile floor installation.

"Bob's Flooring Company LLC. Tile floor installation.
The body of the ad says: "We do the best tile work in the state of Mississippi! No one has more experience in tile flooring installation than us".
In your ad, you want to use the keywords "tile floor installation" several more times.
Another good practice is to list one type of service that you provide per ad/video even if your company provides several services. So, returning to our example, if Bob's Flooring Company LLC does
1. Tile floor installation
2. Carpet installation and
3. Tile floor cleaning and carpet cleaning;
separate ads/videos should be placed for each service. If all services are provided in a single ad/video, the search will not be as defined as if the ad/video listed only one of the services Bob's Flooring Company provides. To make your ads/videos more effective you don't need lots of keywords you just need to pinpoint a particular service or item you are seeking to market. Remember this is why we allow our members to post unlimited ads. You may have multiple items or multiple services which need to be placed individually to get on first page ranking with a search engine. ("First page ranking" means your ads/videos comes up on the first page of the search engine when your keywords are used by your future contacts!) Please remember ads get indexed and re-indexed daily like a site. The best way to advertise on the net is to look at it like passing out flyers. The more flyers you pass out the more the phone rings! This is why we allow unlimited ads/videos per user on our site. The more content about what you do or what you offer, the better off you are. This means posting lots of clearly defined ads/videos! Over 18,000 people who maintained first page ranking using Adszoom post at least 4 ads/videos per week. You may change the keywords within your ads but we recommend placing fresh ads/videos weekly. Changing an existing ad will cause us to re-index with the search engines, so it's much better to place a fresh one! If you have already done this please see "Posting your ads in high competition topics and areas" on this page, but remember one ad/video per offering no matter what! Do not confuse the search engines!

How do I edit my ads

Edit your ads by clicking the tab at the top "View / Edit Ads" while logged in. Once you're in the admin station hover your mouse over the ad you would like to edit and click "edit". If you posted your ads in different regions that you're currently logged in to, you will not be able to see subject ads in most cases. Please log into the regions that the classified ads where published in and edit them there. Reminder, you will be asked to register in each region you have chosen the first time logging in. You may use the same username, password and email if you desire. Again, any ad you post in that region may not be visible in the admin station in a different region. How long will an ad stay published

All 2.0 ads stay published until you remove them or until your membership is up, whichever comes first, per our agreement with the search engines. Standard ads stay published for 30 days.

How do I use the keywords tool

Failure to follow this step will result in your ads not getting index by the Search Engines and harder to find on our site. You would get very poor response from your ad.

You must use the proper keywords in your ad body so if someone searches for what you have to offer, the search engines find your ad relevant!

Step 1.

Click Here to open the free Google keyword tool in a new window. Then, enter any words you can think of that relate to your service or item into the "find keywords" box in the middle of the page and click the "Search" button directly under. The page will reload again with a list of keyword ideas at the bottom. (If no keywords appear remove commas or symbols like .?# from the "Find Keywords" box and search again).

Step 2.

Go through the list of keywords display and find ONLY the ones that relevant to your item or service and check the box next to those (there is no limit on how many you can select). These are the words that people search for in there browser bar to find what your offering - making your ad relevant to that search. After you have selected all keywords, click the gray "View as Text" button located towards the top of the page, directly under the search button. The drop down will tell you how many you have selected, click on the word "Selected ()". Your screen with then turn dim and the keywords will be shown in a box where you can then select all the keywords you selected and copy them (highlight them all then right click and choose 'copy').

Step 3.

Go back to the Adszoom ad you started and paste your list of keywords in (right-click then chose paste). Now, regardless of what text you put in your ad body, the keywords are covered helping you be found and ranked highly for those searches on Search Engines.

Can I post duplicate ads

You can post duplicated or pre made ads. We strongly recommend you change the title of the ads and the keywords with each new post. Google, Yahoo and Bing will not index the same content twice and may penalize you for it as well. Do not log in and change the existing ads that you have placed and republish thinking your posting new content. This will then have to be re indexed (filed) with the search engines and cause you to fall in the ranking for that topic. Please just log in and post new.

How can I avoid scams

We "Adszoom" will never call you and ask for money. You can avoid scams by using common sense! Never wire money or transfer funds without the seller / agent providing indisputable proof of ownership or the right to represent the product , service or real property. How can I update my profile

Please log in and click on "View / Edit Ads" tab located and the top of any page. Look up to the right of the screen. Hover your mouse over the username and a drop down will appear. Click on "edit my profile". You can then edit anything excluding the username.

Posting your ads in high competition topics and areas

Sometimes in your area depending on the topic there is a lot of competition, if this is the case? Please post at least 4-7 ads/Videos every week. Use only one offering per ad/video. Use the Google keywords tool every time you post. Submit a video for each ad you place. Please allow up to four weeks for some areas. Please read "Finding your ads on the search engines" located at the top of this page for the basic ad structure. Please also contact the 2.0-team@adszoom.com and let us help in the process.

How do I cancel out my PayPal payments

Warning if you cancel your paid membership (2.0), you will not have access to your account, we cannot re-open it.
The reason,
Service is rendered immediately upon completion of the payment. The 2.0 account holder will have special access to pages immediately after each post along with information that is not available to the Standard membership account holders. We would like for you to contact us with feedback "why" you would like to cancel the account before you follow the next steps. If you're a paid 2.0 yearly member or six month member, don't cancel your account until two weeks before the account payment is due again. We will send you an email with the option to cancel. This will avoid you paying then being locked out of the account. We do not give refunds unless it is our error that caused any issue.

Steps

Contact us, include your username and email along with a brief explanation why your unhappy.
(We may be able to fix the issue fast this way)

Wait for a response. (Twelve hours usually)

After response if you still would like to cancel please log in and delete all ads. We cannot do this for you if you cancel the account first and account is locked.

Contact PayPal @ 1-888-221-1161 and ask them to "walk you through canceling your subscriptions".

Refunds will be given immediately upon your request, if Adszooms failure to send you a copy of your ad or ads (video) on page 1 of Google within 15 days.
Please take special care! Adszoom will not be responsible for any fees that your bank charges if you decide to bypass us and try to charge back the purchase. We will then send PayPal a copy of your ads and PayPal will send this information to your bank. Your bank will always decide in our favor if we fulfill our obligations (services are rendered). It is much better to just ask for a refund after allowing us to fulfill our obligations.

Non-commercial Use. Unless specifically agreed to by Adszoom, Inc. in writing on a case by case basis, in Adszoom, Inc.'s sole discretion, members may only use the Site for personal use and not in connection with any commercial endeavors.

SOFTWARE. At any time, Adszoom, Inc. may, in its sole discretion, provide to users certain software that may be either accessible, useable, or downloaded from, by, or through the Site. In the event you access or download software from this Site, the software, including any files, images incorporated in or generated by the software, and data accompanying the software (collectively, the "Software") are licensed to you by Adszoom, Inc. or a third party software provider ("Third Party"). In the event that the Software is proprietary to Adszoom, Inc., under no circumstances shall title to the software be transferred to you by Adszoom, Inc.. Adszoom, Inc. retains full and complete title to the Software, and all intellectual property rights therein. Account Security. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining the confidentiality of your user name and password. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account. You agree that you will (i) immediately notify Adszoom, Inc. of any unauthorized use of your user name or password and (ii) ensure that you properly exit any services and/or the Site at the completion of your session. Adszoom, Inc. shall have no liability for any loss or damage arising from your account or your failure to comply with these requirements.

Registration Accuracy. In consideration of your use of the Site you agree to: (1) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself in responding to and completing the Site's registration form (the "Registration Information"); and (2) keep the Registration Information true, accurate, current and complete by maintaining and promptly updating it. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or Adszoom, Inc. has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, adszoom, Inc. has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site (or any portion thereof).

Use by Children. In the event that you wish to provide your child or a child under your care and supervision access or use of the Site or services there under, you hereby agree to accept full responsibility for any and all consequences of your child using the Site. You shall monitor and/or supervise such child's activities. In no event shall Adszoom, Inc. be responsible for any and all consequences of such child's actions as it impacts the child or any third parties.

Any and all materials Adszoom, Inc. furnishes through the Site are the sole property of Adszoom, Inc. and are protected to the fullest extent possible by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. The content and materials furnished and otherwise made available by other users and subscribers are provided to you for use as provided herein. If you wish to redistribute such content in any manner outside the normal operation of the Site, you bear sole responsibility to obtain permission from the user or subscriber who posted it.

User Submitted Content.

By posting or otherwise submitting lessons, materials, and/or any other content, you hereby acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for any consequences resulting there from. By submitting or otherwise making available content or materials on or through the Site, you represent that you are the owner of such content or materials, that you have complete unfettered rights to distribute, share or, otherwise make such content or materials available, and in the alternative, have express consent or a license from the owner of such content or materials to do so.

Adszoom, Inc. reserves the absolute right, which you acknowledge, to delete, move, or edit any postings, video, and/or any other content or materials at its sole discretion, that it deems, in its sole discretion, unacceptable or inappropriate, for whatever reason.

By posting or otherwise submitting lessons, materials, and/or any other content to any area of the Site ("Submission"), you automatically and irrevocably grant to Adszoom, Inc. a worldwide royalty free license in perpetuity ("Term") to use, perform, copy transmit, reproduce, exhibit, distribute, market, publicize, advertise, display, make derivative works, and otherwise exploit (collectively "Exploit") the Submission(s), via all media now known or hereafter devised, including but not limited to the Internet and other online (wired or wireless) and/or computer facilitated media, throughout the universe (the "Territory"), and in all areas of the Site, through transmission, downloading, streaming, copying, caching or otherwise transmitting or broadcasting the Submission or any portion thereof through the Site and its components. You agree and acknowledge that the opinions, advice, statements, lessons, or any and all other information or content made by users, members or subscribers and/or not directly by Adszoom, Inc., that are available through the Site, are solely the responsibility of their respective authors, and that you shall use reasonable care and shall bear sole responsibility in choosing to or choosing not to act or rely upon them. You agree and acknowledge that Adszoom, Inc. does not in any way guarantee that any content offered through the Site is error free or suited for any purposes. Adszoom, Inc. does not in any way adopt or endorse the opinions, viewpoints, or statements made by any members of the Site.

Member to Member Conduct, Communications, Interaction. You understand that there is no screening process, background checks, or verification process employed by Adszoom, Inc. or the Site for any users or members or any content associated with any users or members. Adszoom, Inc. is not responsible for any content produced by any users or members, including but not limited to posts, tutor sessions, and/or lessons, as it appears on the Site. You are responsible for any communications and/or arrangements made between you and any other member of the Site, including but not limited to contracts entered into between you and other members. As the Site is accessible through the Internet, you agree that you will take any and all reasonable precautions in all interactions on or through the Site as well with other Members that are scheduled for meetings offline or in person. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Members. Adszoom, Inc. reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members. TERMINATION. You understand and agree that Adszoom, Inc. may, in its sole discretion and at any time, terminate your password, or any content posted or submitted by you to the Site or any service, for any reason. Adszoom, Inc. may also, in its sole discretion and at any time, discontinue any service or limit or restrict any user's access thereto, for any reason. You understand and agree that Adszoom, Inc. may take any one or more of these actions without prior notice to you. Should Adszoom, Inc. take any of these actions, it may, in its sole discretion, immediately deactivate and/or delete any or all information about and concerning your account, including your registration information and submitted content. You understand and agree that Adszoom, Inc. shall not have any liability to you or any other person for any termination of your access to any service and/or the removal of information concerning your account. You agree not to use or attempt to use the Site, for any fraudulent, unlawful, harassing or abusive purpose, or so as to damage or cause risk to our business, reputation, employees, subscribers, facilities, or to any person. Attempting to intercept, collect or store data about third parties without their knowledge or consent;

Deleting, tampering with or revising any material posted by any other person or entity;

Accessing, tampering with or using non-public areas of the Site or any Adszoom, Inc. website or Adszoom, Inc.'s computer systems and network;

Attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures;

Attempting to access or search the Site with any engine, software, tool, agent, device or mechanism other than the software and/or search agents provided by us or other generally available third party web browser;

Using or attempting to use the Site to send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information;

Attempting to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Site;

Interfering or attempting to interfere with the access of any user, host or network, including without limitation, sending a "virus" to the Site or any other user, overloading, "flooding," "spamming," "crashing," or "mail bombing" the Site;
or

Impersonating or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.

In any event, you hereby acknowledge that use of the Internet and the Site to meet, interact with, and communicate with third parties and strangers presents certain personal and financial risks and, as a result, you hereby agree to waive all claims against Adszoom, Inc. as further described in this
Section

Hold Harmless and Indemnification. By using the Site, you agree to indemnify and hold Adszoom, Inc. and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and agents, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and Third Party Providers harmless, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees, from and against any claim or demand, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site, or the use of the Site by any party using your account, including but not limited to violation of the Agreement or the infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

Governing Law. If there is any dispute arising out of the Site and/or the Service, by using the Site, you expressly agree that any such dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York and the federal laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions and excluding that body of law known as conflicts of law and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the Sale of Goods. You expressly agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New York courts.

Severability. If any provision of this Agreement or the application thereof to any Person or circumstance shall be invalid or unenforceable to any extent, the remainder of this Agreement and the application of such provisions to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby and shall be enforced to the greatest extent permitted by law.

20.

Entire Agreement. It is hereby acknowledged that this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties pertaining to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes in their entirety any and all written or oral agreements previously existing between the parties with respect to such subject matter.

How do I register for this region

To register for this region click the "register" tab at the top of any page. Your membership details will be displayed under "membership details" on most pages after registration is complete, if you're going to post in more than one region? You will be asked to re-register in each region you have chosen the first time logging in. You may use the same username, password and email if you desire. Reminder any ad you post in that region may not be visible in the admin station in a different region.

How do I post in multi regions

You will be asked to register in each region the first time logging in. If for example you just posted in South Jersey and want your next ad in New York? Please go to New York region and re-register using, if you would like the same username, password and email. Adszoom is made up of over 250 "stand alone" sites. We had to design Adszoom this way in order to index your ads locally so each ad acts like your own web site with the search engines. Ads are displayed like sites in the search results this way.

Finding your ads on the site

Log in and click the "View / Edit Ads" tab at the top of all pages. You will only see the ads you posted in this region.
Please log into the regions that the classified ads where published in and edit them there. Any ad you post in that region may not be visible in the admin station in a different region.

What's the difference between a 2.0 membership and a Standard membership

The 2.0 ads are "pinged / injected" (puts search engines on priority notice) to all search engines. Complete lists of engines are provided with upgrade. 2.0 members have access to pages, videos, content and training that the Standard member cannot access. The 2.0 ads are edited by our staff on request for optimization. The 2.0 ads have custom extensions if needed in high competition topics and areas.

Your 2.0 ads will have a You Tube Video if requested. We strongly recommend this for search engine optimization. Please fill out the Video submission form immediately after you post ANY ad. There is a submission form located on the page you are taken to immediately after you post a new ad. You may also submit a request in your admin station on the left under "Your You Tube".

Cannot complete my ad posting

If you're unable to complete the posting with photos? This means that the photos are to big or your internet has an issue or lastly the photos are not .jpg. Please post the ad without photos. After ad is published then simply go to "Edit / View Ads" tab and click the ads "edit" option under ads title you just posted. Simply drag and drop the photos in from there. How do I post a free ad

Please fill out the ads publishing form under the "Post New Ad" tab after registering. At the very bottom of the following page "the preview" you will see a link under the 2.0 option. Click link, you will be taken to the "slandered ads preview". Scroll down and click the similar link. You will be notified on the next page's that your ad was published. That's it!
