I am Retired Army and currently employed full time as a Journeyman Welder through Union local 342. My wife is disabled after the birth of our son who is now 9, and is a stay home mom to our 2nd youngest kids ages 9 and 2 and we have custody of my 10 year old brother who was taken away from our mothers care 4 yrs ago.
We are a drug/alcoholic free household and are very stable and loving parents who have had credit issues due to Last Middle East deployment which hurt our credit and has prevented us from conventional ownership and even some rentals.
Our current landlord of 3 years is not wanting us to leave but this home is too small for our family and we have horrible and unsafe neighbors who have recently moved in.
We have had 3 rentals we have had fall through because of one, the owners kids moving back in, second an investor backing out and decided to sell vs. rent and finally an owner who has gone mia. with a $250 holding deposit!
We are a pet friendly family and have older German Shepherds that with the exception of playing with kids in yard, have a large kennel they are lazy in! We also have a couple barn cats who live outside and keep perimeter of home bug and rodent free..neither are inside as my middle son is allergic and has asthma.
We just need someone to give us a chance for redemption and change!
