NO set-up fees, No administration fees, NO deposit requirements and NO reservation fees…..we also have security camera system, car storage, mailboxes, intercom system, free use of carts, elevator access option, open 7 days a week, except New Years day, 4th of July, Labor day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
And where else will you find self storage that, after the first month, PRO-RATES BACK YOUR MONEY FOR UNUSED DAYS when you leave? We only charge you for the days you use. Why pay for a whole month when you only used a portion after the 1st month?
A-1 Self Storage (home of Lowest Rates) started in 1977 as the first family run mini-storage facility located near Queen Anne, Magnolia, Interbay, Ballard, Fremont and Belltown Seattle…that folks is 35 years! We can offer you the lowest self storage rates for in-city Seattle. Located 1/2 mile So. of the Ballard Bridge and across street from a U-Haul complex (with the Interbay Golf Center behind) on 15th Ave. West.
If you need that bargain of a lifetime we can cut you an eye-popping rate, but call on availability.
We reserve units for up to two weeks at no charge and no deposit (dependent upon availability)
Advance notice of move out is not required. You can’t predict the future, and we don’t penalize you for that.
We won’t make you buy insurance, or prove you already have it, like corporate-owned storage places often do. We offer it if you want it, or you can get insurance elsewhere, or be self-insured. It’s your stuff, it’s your money, so it’s your call.

The price we quote you is the total price you pay, except you will need a padlock. We sell them for $5, or bring your own.
