I CANNOT guarantee monthly rent and house bills while under your roof during all that time, so I won’t even hint the slightest hope on that. However, I can offer to help around the house (not being a maid 24/7 though), such as washing the dishes, babysitting on mutually agreeable nights, setting the dinner table, running errands (I will NOT carry with me a vehicle but I am willing to walk to and from places since it is Austin), and any relevant tasks. Moreover, I would be a RESPECTFUL AND FUN companionship for your family or friends because I am culturally OPEN to new experiences and I will constantly remind myself of my GRATITUDE for you taking me in. I am organized and a tad bit of a NEAT freak. I have had several “second families” over the past years because of the close friends I have made and having spent most of my holidays with their household. You should also know that I do NOT own a drivers’ license at the moment or a mobile device due to constant inconveniences and being currently jobless.

I have housing space available but then there are mutual Q & A for us both, for example:location; student / work; age; pets; drive /pubic trans; smoker; etc.
I am searching for a single female without children but will consider one or two small children; prefer hispanic but any race, to share my house with me on a basis of strictly a Roomie or F W B. & lower rent. You should be of good character & a good person on the inside; a good house keeper, not messy.
