Apartment Office Manager-

Property manager must possess strong communication skills in order to effectively communicate with community residents, corporate staff and most importantly potential residents. Effective managers must be able to work independently and prioritize most pressing tasks while being versatile to the daily demands of the job.

  • Maintaining excellent curb appeal
  • Ability to enthusiastically turn & market vacant units
  • Follow policy and procedures 

Responsibilities – Maintenance 

Maintenance Technician (onsite) must be ‘HANDS ON’ and are responsible for all aspects of the community maintenance and preventative maintenance. Specifically, scheduling, performing, completing work-orders/repairs, and unit turnover maintenance (painting, etc.). Hours and days schedule can be flexible.

  • Experience with Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, (HVAC a plus)
  • Be able to read, write and speak English (Bi-lingual preferred)
  • Pass a Drug/Background screening
  • Provide own tools
  • Possess strong communication/customer services skills.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • Possess valid proof of insurance
