I like many others have found that day to day living has become nearly impossible in this economy. I was laid and since then have failed almost every attempt I have had at regaining employment. I handled all A/R, A/P and D/E along with all facility visit itinerary and all In house traveling arrangements. I did all of these things for our Phoenix, AZ – Houston TX – and Los Angles CA locations.

Local Furniture Delivery and Assembly Service, (that also provides occasional home and office moving services), is looking for a few additional Delivery Helpers (that are able and willing to eventually step into a driver role) to assist with furniture delivery and particularly Assembly of store bought products for its customers in the general Washington Metropolitan and surrounding areas on a FT and possible PT basis.

Candidates should have the following:
• Be a self-starter, positive attitude.
• Be a Quick and diligent worker (the more that is able to be accomplished by a crew in a given day, then the more likelihood for higher earnings for each crew member per day.)
• Ability to handle customer products with care.
• Is courteous and professional in dealing with customers whether by phone or in person and at all times.

Pay is commissioned based on a percentage of the Gross revenue of furniture successfully delivered per truck per day. If the dollar volume on a truck goes low, then there is a daily minimum payment (for a two member crew) with only 1 to 2 assigned delivery-assemblies for the day of $60 for helper(with successful completion of all deliveries). For a truck with 3 or more assigned delivery-assemblies for the day, there is a minimum payment of $80 dollars for the helper /per day for a two man crew (with successful completion of all deliveries).

Dollar Volumes of furniture product typically delivered per day, can result in a helper earning from between $80-100 (or even more) per day before possible tips, depending to a good extant, on a helper and crews persistence and ability to accomplish their work in a smaller period of time (and therefore ideally receiving more dollar volume of product per day to deliver, given a proven track record to perform.)

Payment shall be weekly by paycheck, (in some cases daily.) If you fit the above background and are dependable and customer service oriented, who enjoys doing delivery work than we’d like to talk.
