We are a 24 hour state-of-the-art gated storage facility, conveniently located just off of Commonwealth Centre Parkway and Route 288 in Midlothian.
We specialize in climate control as well as non-climate controlled indoor units. Ranging anywhere from the secure handy 5X5 space through the “enough room to store your 5 bedroom home” 10X30 kind of space.
Our non-climate controlled units are fantastic for helping to reduce the amount of dust and pollen while still maintaining the same low price as traditional drive up units. Large flat carts are always readily available throughout the entire facility to ease with your move.
We are the only facility in the area that offers the convenience of covered, drive up accessible units. This means that you always stay dry or out of the sun while you load and unload!
We offer a Free Move In Truck. This is a 15’ U-Haul style truck with loading ramp. The first 40 miles are free and the only thing the tenant must do is fill it back up with gas. If for some reason this amenity is not available upon move in, we will allow one time free usage while you are with us.
Space Mart Self Storage is also the space destination for small business owners. We offer free Wi-Fi, print, fax and phone services. We can also handle delivery acceptance. Our professional office and staff give business owners piece of mind knowing that they can confidently hold meetings in a great environment here at Space Mart. Why pay $20 a square foot retail/office when you can get the same and more for around $2 or less per square foot.
We have flexible month to month leases with a variety of payment options that include an onsite 24 payment KIOSK. Our full line of packing supplies make us a one stop shop for all you packing and storage needs!
