It is my sincere desire to provide responsible, loving care for your child. It is not my purpose to displace you as the natural parent, but to make my care an extension of your family unit. I want to work with you in the successful development of your child, or children. For over 20 years we have owned and operated this Family Daycare with excellent results in Whittier. My five children have grown into organized, successful, respectful, and well-mannered adults. We love hearing about the children who have been at Rodela’s Family Day Care and also enjoy the success from being organized, respectful well-mannered adults.
The Beginning to a Lifetime Love of Learning
At the Rodela Family Daycare we build a relationship with both parent and child to insure a healty nurturing environment. With these relationships in place, children develop a capacity for trust, competence and respect that helps them grow as students and people. Our curriculum strengthens children’s emerging physical, social-emotional, cognitive and language skills, to prepare your child for kindergarten and beyond. We do this with developmentally appropriate experiences, a wondrous playroom space and responsive teacher- child relationships.
Stella Rodela is an experienced Mother who raised five children. She uses that experience to help nourish and care for your child.
Stella will help your child thrive in this cozy home environment with educational activities and loving attention.
The Rodela’s Family Daycare is a dedicated addition to the Rodela family home in Whittier California, offering a secure Indoor Playroom, and a fenced and gated outdoor play area filled with activities for you little ones to enjoy. We are having a summer rate of only $400.00 per month for anyone who signs up and starts care in May.

We provide Breakfast served before 8:15am, a mid- morning snack, Lunch and afternoon snack. (Dinner provided with evening care)
